No Hoax: 'Mydoom' Worm Is Fastest-Spreading Ever

Known variously as "Mydoom," "Mimail.R," "Novarg" or "Shimg," a new virus is infecting computers worldwide at a phenomenal rate. The worm is circulating as an attachment to emails with spoofed "From" addresses and the following subject lines: test, hi, hello, Mail Delivery System, Mail Transaction Failed, Server Report, Status, or Error.
