Police are still calling it an "open case," but a news report out of Oro Valley, Arizona says a 36-year-old woman was bitten by a rattlesnake in the garden department of the local Home Depot store. Authorities haven't released the name of the victim, who was apparently rushed to the hospital for anti-venom treatment and released. In a related story, a Brownwood, Texas man who claimed he was bitten by a rattlesnake in Wal-mart's shoe department last September has been arrested by police on charges of filing a false report.
