Woman Gets Paper Cut Licking Envelope; Tongue Gives Birth to Cockroach

Thursday March 17, 2005
A woman was working in a post office in California, one day she licked the envelopes and postage stamps instead of using a sponge. That very day the lady cut her tongue on the envelope. A week later, she noticed an abnormal swelling of her tongue. She went to the doctor, and they found nothing wrong. Her tongue was not sore or anything. A couple of days later, her tongue started to swell more, and it began to get really sore, so sore that she could not eat.  Read more...

this story is complete crap. If there are eggs out of a cockroach, they are ABORTED, and not able to hatch! therefore, it is impossible for anyone to lick a cockroach egg and hatch it from their tongue. cockroaches give live birth. read your facts before believing “scary stories”

Samantha, are you dumb? I don’t think there is a single insect in the entire world that lays live babies. The aren’t mammals for god’s sake. This is easily true because all bugs lay eggs.

No, Super2dcow I think you may be though! Female cockroaches are sometimes seen carrying egg cases on the end of their abdomen; the egg case of the German cockroach holds about 30–40 long, thin eggs, packed like frankfurters in the case called an ootheca. The eggs hatch from the combined pressure of the hatchlings gulping air and are initially bright white nymphs that continue inflating themselves with air and harden and darken within about four hours. Their transient white stage while hatching and later while molting has led to many claims of glimpses of an albino cockroach. The main thing is AIR here bud…how are they receiving air encased inside a tongue?? HMM!!!??? They also do NOT give live birth either…jeeze people….read wikipedia or something before you make a comment for the world to see!!!
