(1) Thomas Bailey says:

Judge Judy Scheindlin would call Ayala a “suer” because she likes to sue people.
One lawsuit in 1998 against La oferta, another against General Motors and Goodyear, another against El Pollo Loco, and now Wendy’s.

Is that all you have, make your time useful somewhere else like take time to talk about the childmolesters, killers, wife beaters, child abuse, the poor, people need help with drug addiction. that is what we should be focusing on.

@ Marry

What? Who are you even talking to? Should we give over all communication channels to focus on the negative things in your society.
The world is more than it’s problems. Open your eyes to the positive things or you’ll only see the negative.

(4) Pox says:

Ayala wasn’t smart enough to think any of this through and she got what she deserved. If stupidity were a crime she’d get the death penalty. Wendy’s chili is made in each restaurant daily and any patron could ask a question about the chili’s preparation. So, it’s not prepackaged in a factory, thus simple to determine the claim was fraudulent.
