'Crosswalk Hacking' Report Is False

Don't fall for a Web report claiming that a "shadowy group of pedestrian hackers" have figured out how to make crosswalk lights do their bidding by pushing the buttons multiple times in predetermined sequences, warns my colleague Wendy Bumgardner. Tip-off: the story was published on BBSpot.com, which bills itself as "a satirical news and comedy source and meant to be funny."  Well, duh...
