This is digusting. I knew from the get-go it was fake but it sure did creep out people in my office. Why would some warped mind want to do something like this. I work in healthcare and it is things like this that make people nuts!!!!!

Don’t suffer as I did, this is a hoax. Any tissue that had been eaten into would be black and pretty awful, this case is medically impossible.
If you look closely at the whole picture, which shows the whole breast and her hand, you’ll notice that all of it is slightly blurry except for the ‘parasites’. Though, I have to say….it is disturbing and disgusting.
I have to agree that it creeped me out at first. My biggest thing about the whole story was that fact that a person would think that a rash would involve holes!!! That was my first tip off. And it was also a bit strange that the whole subject of the email was about washing your bra before wearing it, but the story was about a woman who had just returned from South America. (no mention of her wearing a new bra!)
I just have to say that I agree with Nancy, why would people want to do this?!?!? These are he types of things that freak people out and even though I know it was fake, it still gave me the heeby jeebies!

This was sent to me too! The first thing I thought of was bot flies.They lay their larve on the host,the larve burys into the skin and begins to eat away at the flesh underneath. I have removed many from animals, but have not seen them on humans.I have heard of them being on humans but unlikely! Also where’s the nibble?

When I first saw this pic I was so freaked out, I couldn’t sleep that night. I didn’t eat for almost 17 hours. And then come to find out it was a joke? Shame on you sick people for doing this. It was not funny and I know that I am not alone on this. If your identity or identities are ever found out I thing you should be put in jail. Then you can really know what it feels like to have something bury itself in you. You sick F****S !!!!
This totally freaked me out. I read it about 20 minutes ago and I can’t stop scratching now. Ugh! I’m glad I decided to check this one out to see if it is real. I completely agree with others that have said the mention of holes coupled with a rash didn’t make any sense, and there is never any mention of “Susan” wearing a new bra. Someone has a sick mind!!!
omg. i freeked out it showed a little move clip witch was gross but looked unreal. i was freeking out all day and had to see it again and see if it was fake. sure enough it is. i am 16 years old and freek out about myself enough. who is so sick minded to display this on the web? and who has the time to make something like this up? i thanks the comments made form people who work in the hospital and say this is imposable. you rest my mind. and to the 15 year old. i am with you too!

I read this e-mail 3 hours ago and still bothered by it. i am at work at the moment and haven’t been able to concentrate at all. i feel so sick. i feel like vomiting and scratchy all over. Whom ever brought about this mail is one sick person. Thank god for this site or i wouldve been terribly miserable for the rest of my day.

Nauseating yes, even though obviously fake. But it should be evident to anyone looking at the photo that it isn’t real. Besides, why would anyone with live parasites in her breast actually stop to have them photgraphed for publication after discovering this ‘condition’, and not ripping them out and stomping and squishing them into the ground? (“Hey, larvae have completely eaten away my nipple, can you come and photograph me?”)Would ‘Susan McKinley, Anthropologist’ use her actual name? Wouldn’t this have made the newspapers first? Wouldn’t she have felt holes being eaten in her and have sought immediate medical attention? Read the text…it’s on an eighth-grade level. Bot flies (Order Diptera, Family Cuterebridae) are large, stout bodied, hairy flies that resemble bumblebees. The botfly egg is deposited by a mosquito or sometimes by another insect. The larva grows in the host’s body until it is fairly large. The botfly larva can easily be killed by taking away its air supply — by putting vaseline or similar on the skin where the lump is, but then you still have to extract the larva. Adult botflies have nonfunctional mouthparts and do not feed. Larvae of this species parasitize wild and domestic rabbits. Females deposit their eggs in or near the entrance of their host’s burrow. Bot fly larvae penetrate their host through the skin or natural body openings after hatching. The larvae form a tumor (called a warble) in the subdermal zones of their host and remain at this location until larval development is complete. Larval development varies among species, ranging from 20 to 60 days. Before pupating, the larvae leave the host’s skin and drop to the soil.
Generally, the host is not severely damaged by this parasite. The majority of the injury occurs when the larvae exit the host through the warble.
I got this picture through Facebook, on my Funwall. Since then, l have been ruminating about it. OIt made me both nauseaous and paranoid. I am it the office now, and l just HAD to download this again…and thankfully, saw the comments. This is sick, whoever has started this. This picture made me sick!! I did some reserch to see if it is actually real. I went to snoops.com and looked it up. The origin of this picture is a womans brest photoshoped with a lotus pod. The video however is real, it is actually of a woman getting a botfly larvae removed. If you will notice, both of these links to the story are supposed to be the same woman, however one is whie, and the other is African American. None the less, the possability of this picture is terrifying. Even though it is totaly fake, whom ever make it is a sick sick individual. Karma is a B*itch for making all these woman worry that something of this nature could actually happen. This is Disgusting!!!
my problem with this, is i know it’s not real, and my mind tells me so, but it really gets me. i have such a problem mentally with the thought of holes in skin and things in your body. i need to find the reason behind my fear/disorder. i feel sick, i have nightmares, i scratch it’s horrid. yeti know the pic isn’t real, but i suppose it’s my phobia, so what is my real fear/phobia. i can look at and see some really yuk, horrid pics and they dont effect me as much as a silly pic of holes in skin and things in the holes…i need to find out why this effects me so greatly. i need to deal with it. wat is the deeper meaning behind my complete horrid responce to holes in skin and this like maggots etc in thoes holes. i will have night mares for years, i know this through past stuff. i suppose it is my phobia, but to a major huge level, i cant deal with it, yet a can deal with basically everything else.

There is a new one going around now with different pictures of breasts with what looks like cancerous growths, same message. I actually got yelled at for letting the folks who got this know it was a bunch of Bunk.
