Leno's Words of Wisdom?

A lengthy op-ed piece attributed to Tonight Show host Jay Leno excoriates Americans who have expressed dissatisfaction with their country's current direction and the performance of the president for being "the largest group of ungrateful, spoiled brats the world has ever seen." Americans are among the most blessed people on Earth, it goes on to say, and "should thank God several times a day" instead of complaining.

Strong stuff, with which many would agree. But did Jay Leno really write it?

I think Jay Leno should “SHUT-UP” with his hypocritical self until he has to squeek out a living on minimun wage! It’s easy for him to get self opinionated when he is as rich as he is with 6 or more cars and many don’t even have a car and if they do its a riding disaster!

Margie girlfriend, I think you missed the point of the article – Leno NEVER SAID ALL OF THAT. He only said something that was SIMILAR to the LAST PARAGRAPH, and even that has been corrupted from being bounced all over the Internet.

Honey, take a chill pill and just lower it a thousand, okay? And before you start player-hatin’ Leno for being successful (probably because you are NOT), maybe you should try being happy for a change???

i check every thing i get that sounds ‘fishy’ on urban legends or another source…this sounded soooo unlike a jay leno thought. he is way too liberal to have this perspective.
