Not that there's a prayer that this will end more than a decade of speculation concerning the circumstances of Princess Diana's death, but the coroner's inquest jury returned a verdict today, ruling that the driver of the limousine Diana was riding in and the paparazzi chasing it were to blame for the fatal crash of August 31, 1997.
