Email: 'New Carjacking Scheme' Involves Stickers on Rear Windows

A not-so-new scaremail warns that carjackers have taken to leaving stickers, flyers, or other printed materials on the rear windows of vehicles to trick drivers into getting out to examine them, making it easier to steal the vehicles.
