Bibles do it, iPods do it, and now, apparently, even hair weaves do it stop bullets from killing people, I mean; at least that's what we're hearing from police in Kansas City, MO.
A jilted lover fired several shots at his ex-girlfriend as she sat in her vehicle Wednesday night, shattering the rear window of the car but leaving the woman unharmed as she sped away. Later, officers found a bullet in her hair and credited her "tightly-woven weave" with saving her life.
File, pending further investigation, under "Strange but True."

UnbeWEAVEable!!!!
Ugh! What else must be in that filthy weave besides Kevlar! Nasty!
The bullet had already passed through auto glass where it expended most of it’s momentum and kinetic energy. It was barely moving when it hit her hair. Auto glass is well known for stopping and/or seriously slowing bullets.
