Posted May 19, 2009: Via Hollywood Reporter: Fans of Patrick Swayze (and the actor himself, no doubt) will be relieved to learn that contrary to a fast-spreading rumor started by a Jacksonville, Florida radio station, he did not die Tuesday morning of cancer complications. In point of fact, Swayze is "enjoying his life," a statement from his publicist says, and "continues to respond to treatment."
