Chuck Yeager and newspaper columnist Joe Galloway, a touching personal remembrance of deceased World War II hero and "Band of Brothers" member Darrell "Shifty" Powers has moved thousands of email recipients to call for a fitting memorial in his honor. It was even mentioned (if incorrectly attributed) by NBC's Brian Williams in his own on-air tribute to Powers.
