"Prominent black comedian Bill Cosby was killed this morning in a tragic car accident in South Central Los Angeles," reads the latest phony celebrity obituary to go viral online (see screenshot above). "The cause of the crash was blamed on the cell phone he was using to update his Twitter feed when driving in his car."
Nothing of the kind has been reported by any legitimate news source. The story is a two-month-old hoax originally posted on the same website responsible for false reports of actor Johnny Depp's death in January. (The website has since been removed for terms of service violations.)

i know this is old but for some reason it just came up today on a site i was at.
This was made up up by the /b/tards over at 4chan. They tried to kill off the chick from harry potter the next day. They did it for the lulz. I knew about it and it didnt make me laugh when i seen it on the news the next day. I just thought oh they succeeded. then to do it agian the next day witha different person that was jsut plain stupid, it defintly wouldve ruined it. Maybe the site was funny at one time, i even found some funny stuff but most of it is old and stale.
Also how can someone be proud to be from a site that has childporn???? sick /b/astards.
