Having already killed off Aretha Franklin and Adam Sandler before their time, Twitter today claimed the lives of celebs Owen Wilson and Eddie Murphy as rumor-happy tweeters spread false accounts of their demise concocted via the prank website FakeAWish.com.
Wilson and Murphy are both alive and well, notes Entertainment Weekly's Sara Vilkomerson, who blames the rash of faux death notices on a slow news week.
