The truth? The story about Carrey dying in a snowboarding accident is a hoax, published via the prank website FakeAWish.com, which has been responsible for innumerable celebrity death hoaxes over the past several years.
Last December the same website reported both Adam Sandler and Charlie Sheen dead in snowboarding accidents which supposedly occurred in exactly the same location.
I repeat: the report is a hoax. Jim Carrey is alive and well, and probably hasn't been anywhere near a snowboard in years.

Some things just aren’t funny and to publish information about someones death that isn’t true shows just how sick this world has become, death is no laughing matter.
INformation like this can really mess people up whether it would be his family members or his fans, some people just are sick.
Wouldn’t be quite as sick if they weren’t saying Jim Carrey died. I mean come on, that’s our childhood right there. Why not pretend somebody less important such as Hannity or Zack Efron? They get a good cackle, everyone else says “ouch… that kind of sucks..” and everybody moves on. But Jim Carrey… Just… Why..?

but try doing you own research, perhaps search google for recent news and see if some of the big news sites can confirm the story

I came across the story on March 15 It has the same story dated march 16. How sick !!!! I never liked his humor but im glad hes not dead !!!!
