The FBI says it has received at least 20 copies of a letter purporting to have been signed by Osama bin Laden and claiming that 160 remote-controlled nuclear bombs have been planted around the U.S. by al-Qaida. Though the document isn't deemed a credible threat and contains demands that "aren't fully coherent," the agency says it isn't taking chances and will investigate it fully. UPI reports that the perpetrator could face 5 to 10 years in prison for each letter mailed.
