An atheist and his ACLU lawyer go before a judge to complain that while Christians have Christmas and Easter to celebrate as public holidays, and Jews have Yom Kippur and Hanukkah, there is no such holiday for atheists.
The judge balks.
"Obviously your client is too confused to know about or to celebrate the atheists' holiday."
"Just when might that be, your honor?" the lawyer demands.
"Well...."
