More bad economic news to swallow: According to a recent survey, the Tooth Fairy's outlay per lost baby tooth has fallen an average of 13 percent across the U.S. since last year. Even worse, fully one-tenth of America's children aren't being visited by the Tooth Fairy at all in these recessionary times!
