No. A viral video containing a brief excerpt from a speech given by Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann is being circulated under false pretenses.
She does not, as some have alleged (and as might appear on first hearing), say "Who likes white people?" It was raining when Bachmann took the stage, The Ticket's Chris Moody explains, and what she actually asked the crowd was, "Who likes wet people?" She continued: "Because we have the God of the winds and the rain don't we? We serve a mighty God."
