FYI, That 'News' About Mandatory RFID Chips in Wyoming Is Bogus

Wake up, Internet! That viral "news" story claiming welfare recipients in Wyoming are required by law to have RFID chips implanted in their butts is a spoof, completely false.

The item was published on the satirical website NationalReport.net, whose disclaimer page reads: "National Report is a news and political satire web publication, which may or may not use real names, often in semi-real or mostly fictitious ways. All news articles contained within National Report are fiction, and presumably fake news."

There is no microchip mandate in Obamacare

As to the longstanding Internet rumor that all U.S. citizens will be required to receive microchip implants per a little-known provision of Obamacare, that, too is false. No such provision exists, or ever existed, in the Affordable Care Act.

In the Universal Health Care Bill (Obamacare) it does mention an implantable device and about a registry.

No, the article isn’t incorrect about the disclaimer. The disclaimer at the bottom of each page is different from the main site disclaimer, which you will find here:

(4) Tom Baies says:

Yes, the Affordable Care Act does talk about “implantable devices” and a “national registry” of same.
It is pacemakers, muscle simulators, etc. These have serial numbers that help identify persons who end up in emergency rooms or morgues
I frankly don’t understand why thew government would want to “track” all these people who are some dumb that they get their news from the internet.

(7) זבולון says:

The article within the ObamaCare bill makes several mentions of Type II Medical Devices “for tracking usage and outcomes data.” The FDA classifies any implantable medical device as Type II. This includes radio frequency identification chips. The wording is very ambiguous as to how tracking information is obtained, and with what kind of technology inside the parent device.

However, is it really such a terrible thing for Americans to remain wary of such a thing? True or false, the chip isn’t here yet but I am glad Americans still get mad at the mere mention of it. After all, ignorance is why Hitler got elected to office. They’ve been trying to ingrain the idea of a chip in public conscious for years (such as the Freemason’s ChIP program – Child Identification Program, and Wyoming’s Kid Care CHIP program…Child Health Insurance Program.)

You guys totally missed the point.

The Government will continue to push the limits for tracking every individual 24/7, reading our emails, listening to phone conversations etc. as long as the population, like sheep, allows it.

Case in point, by law your newborn child can be legally detained (read kidnapped) by the hospital if you refuse to apply for a social security number for the baby before leaving the hospital.

Actually seen social services called here because a parent would not submit.

Parents eventually won but it cost them a small fortune in legal costs.

(9) jeenious says:

Humans do not need any mark put on their right hand. They are born with several of them. They are called “fingerprints.” These are traceable. So are palmprints. Better yet, so is DNA. A person can burn off his fingerprints. He/she cannot, however, change DNA.

Did the devil “mark” you with your DNA formula at birth? Or did God? Or is the unique DNA program you were born with just the luck of the draw? Whoever, or whatever “assigned” it to you, you are STUCK with it. So nobody needs to put any other mark on you, or implant anything on you, or take a photograph of you than can be filed and kept as a record to identify you.

What could be worse than being “marked” with a name. You can change your name legally, but only if you set up a new name. Does anybody change his name to “no name”, to avoid being marked in such a horrid way as having one that follows everywhere you go, and can be at the head of a rap sheet, or a list of patients in a hospital, or put on a tag and tied to your toe at a morgue?

But if you want to talk about things that can be recognized at a distance, how about faces. How many who fear the 666 myth are willing to have their faces removed, to prevent being recognizable?
The only way that would work is if lots of other people did it, too, or you would be “marked” and stand out as “that guy with no face.”

How many people have scars that can be used to identify them, or molds? Or, ye gad, how many people have themselves tatooed, or go to a dentist and have impressions made of their teeth. If you drown, are are burned to death, a tatoo can identify you, or if your skin is too far gone to see that, one of the most reliable of records whereby you can be identified is by matching dental records to your teeth.

I’ve often wondered if the Federal Bureau of Prisons and/or each state’s Department of Corrections might consider installing an RFID into any convicted person to keep track of them while they are “on paper.” Since 1 in 30 Americans are currently under some kind of supervision (jail, prison, pre-release center, half-way house, etc.), that would be a lot of surgeries taxpayers would have to pay for.
The RFID would have to be imbedded surgically in a deep area, such as the brain or abdomen so inmates won’t try to dig it out. Once a person is “off paper,” I wonder who would pay to have it removed. More than likely, the state and/or Fed would require the person to pay. Most former inmates aren’t able to afford such, so they would continue to “carry” which would make them easy to track if they were suspected of committing another crime.
Just a thought.

At least—-hopefully—-the talk about all of this will at least keep folks on their toes. Use your brains!!! Trust your ‘gut’.

Unfortunately there are far too many things that happen over which we have no control——–it tends to frustrate people and then they act more emotionally. Let’s keep what little control we have.

Just a note: some of these comments are off the wall, but those of you who react to them need to be a bit more judicious—- no one likes to be put down.— react to the comment, not the ‘commentator’.

Sooner utter open-fascist war, the U.S. government, including Obama and Bush, than I would in itself carry RFID CHIP The U.S. you have to fight. Against Israel (Rothschild), Rockefeller, the CIA, the NSA. Globalists what sort of have a point. Society is cattle. I believe in each of them given an empty promise, just make a proper marketing system on the media.

(16) Invisible man says:

If you think RFID implants are false, then you should reread the Obamacare bill more carefully. Starting at page 1501 out of 1990 page is section C. Inside section C it states that if the secretary deems in necessary they can force what is called class 2 implants. Look up on the FDA website and they state what class 2 electronic implants are. Amongst them is RFID implants. I dont trust the Federal government one bit and if its on paper you can believe they can and probably will intend to enforce it.

I guess nobody know how RFID works. A device that small will not work more that a few feet away. RFID is short range Radio transmission. You people seem to think it can be tracked from anywhere. BTW I am against it in any case. They have enough information on me to start with. They can KMA if they think they will implant anything in me besides maybe a hip or new knees.

(19) niki says:

Sandy, this is so fake. First of all no professional would ever touch an object that is going to be implanted without being in a sterile environment. Second, no professional touches the sight of injection after cleaning it. Third, no professional puts their figure on an injection sight after injection. All three would be cause for infection. So fake!

(20) KC says:

I saw it circulation the internet and on Snopes. They said its fake and anybody that believes otherwise, needs psychiatric help. One web page (National Reporter) they said they were implanting microchips in school children from K-8 grades, in several school districts in Wyoming. All the comments on there I hope is also fake, as I have lived 38 years in the state of Wyoming, is embarrassing. Talking about Obamacare is following the course of the devil.. or “666″. ITS RIDICULOUS!!!
I left a comment stating that when the kids get home from school, the microchip will cause all of your data to be erased from your compiters, doors will open and close by themselves, lights will go on and off and your hot water will come on and drain your hot water tank dry. All this while you are sleeping at night. So I told them to beware. My comment was awaiting moderation, and naturally, it was deleted.
I even left another omment afterwards and told them I noticed you deleted my previous comment. I told them that if you’re that stupid to believe that….than you should have no problem believing the previous comment. FYI, the paper is endorsed by Sarah Palin and Ted Cruz….enough said.

Here’s a thought….maybe the govt started the whole Wyoming tale, to scare people off of the system abroad, bcuz the financial system is in that bad of shape, that they want to get all those that can get off it, to get off the system. ?? Could be.
