IT WORKS!!! This is from personal experience. I've used Halls (with
mentholatum) as well as Cinnamon flavored Altoids on multiple girlfriends
and they love it -- even to the point of becoming a special request.
However, when I has been tried on me it seems to do nothing. I believe I
have an explanation. The Altoids and Halls make a woman feel good because
your are in direct contact with a mucus membrane which is much more
permeable to chemicals etc. However when used on a male only the urethra is
a mucus membrane and there is limited contact when oral sex is performed on
a male.
