It clearly states BOTH parents must be citizens. So even (if it were true) obama being a anchor baby gives him citizenship, but NOT the right to run the country! Is his name legal? He had it legally changed and never LEGALLY changed back to b obama! He holds dual citizenship! Really WAKE UP America! He has turned this country into a joke of itself. In another 4 years (Lord Forbid) we will not reconize the great USA! I love my freedoms, I fought, and have many family and friends die to protect these freedoms. Which he is slowly taking away! :-(

If your born in America, except ambassadors kids, U R given natural citizenship @ birth. If this weren't true then anchor babies would not be a prob. But even Mex woman know if they can have a kid in America, the kid is instantly a natural born citizen. No one has questioned this. But now since Obama took office birthers act like being born in America is not enough. There is no requirement that your parents have to be from America 4 U to be an American citizen. Birth in the USA automatically makes U a natural born US citizen period!

Nothing from this mans mouth can be believed. He was born in KENYA..of that there is no doubt. His own grandmother was ther - and held him. His birth certificate is there..with his footprint on it..
